Reflection & Dialogue

Do you feel overwhelmed by the level of conflict and divisiveness that you see in your family, relationships, at work, and the world around you?

In our fast-paced, technology-based society it is easy to feel disconnected from a sense of purpose and vision, misunderstood by those we live and work with, and at a loss for how to bridge the divide of conflicting values and needs personally, locally and globally.

Do you feel confused about where and how to engage in difficult conversations in your family and community?

When you understand what it means to be in balance, relationship, and healthy dialogue within yourself, you become much more capable of supporting the development of that in your relationships, communities, and the broader world.

Are you seeking tools that will empower you to make changes in your personal life and in the broader world?

The foundation for change is within your reach. In our work together, you will:

  • Explore how your values, identity, perception and world views shape your communication and actions.
  • Identify patterns of communication, growing edges and areas of strength and develop new ways to listen, engage, and dialogue.
  • Ground these new tools in practice, reflection, inquiry, and feedback.

As a coach, educator, and facilitator, I work with you and/or your group to develop the skills to move from a place of curiosity, empathy, and grounded action. This level of self-knowing and these newly acquired and refined tools will serve you regardless of where you find yourself – whether seeking to strengthen your relationship with your partner, or family, within a community or group, to prepare for a difficult conversation in the workplace, or to navigate a longstanding personal or professional conflict.

We work together to understand what is most important to you and/or your group, how your values and world views influence your experience of a situation, and to hone communication skills and tools that will positively influence how you build bridges and set boundaries.
